During your 60 or 90 minute session, you will first receive a 10 minute consultation to create an aromatherapeutic massage experience that is specific to your needs and preferences followed by a guided meditation. A 50 or 80 minute, full body massage will incorporate a combination of firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. All areas of the body will experience transformative relief, such as the back, shoulders and neck, along with the upper and lower legs, arms and hands. This effective massage is designed to deliver superficial relief, target chronic pain or discomfort, and -finally- get the body in a completely relaxed state so it can begin to repair itself.
