Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed weekly on Friday and ship Saturday, excluding major holidays. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST* to be included in Saturday’s shipments. All orders placed after the shipping cutoff will ship the following saturday.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping is not currently available. Cape Saltie offers free domestic shipping on purchases over $150 & Up. Cape Saltie ships domestically excluding the US Outlying Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Cape Saltie ships to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses but some restrictions may apply. These deliveries may take up to 21 business days. Expedited shipping is also not available with this option.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking numbers are sent to customers via email once order has been processed and packed. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder for correspondence.Tracking numbers can also be retrieved by emailing jenna@capesaltie.com.

Customs, duties, taxes and forwarding companies

Cape Saltie does not ship internationally not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Cape Saltie is not responsible for damages, defects or material differences as a result of using a forwarding company. We do not supply replacements or refunds to orders shipped to forwarding companies. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Cape Saltie directly here so we can file a claim upon item inspection. Some Cape Saltie products are sold in glass bottles so we ask that you refrain from removing the contents of your package if there is broken glass. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. 

International Shipping Policy

We can’t wait to travel internationally but, for now, Cape Saltie only ships within the USA.

Order Limitations

We limit orders to no more than 6 units of one any full size item and 20 units of any sample item. There’s a maximum purchase amount of $750 for all first time customers. If you are part of our Partner Program, you are limited to a $500 maximum purchase order per day. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than 3 orders per customer per day.
